* This is a Level 2 group. You must be able to get up and down off of your mat/reformer without assistance. If you are experiencing pain that requires modifications, please do not attend a semiprivate/group fitness session. We are happy to work with you one on one.

Procedures & Policies:

2. Series passes do not accommodate make-ups or transferred passes.

3. Arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before your scheduled session.

4. Bring your own mat, water bottle, and grip socks.

5. Sickness Policy. Please consider others, stay home if you are not well.

7. Response time: Non-emergency replies on Fridays. (Excluding holidays/vacations).
