Welcome to Thursday 6pm STRONG-HER! We are pleased to have you join us. Please take a moment to review some important information and guidelines.
1. This is a 6-session series. Each series is designed to progress your strength. Dedication and consistency are required. If you miss any sessions for any reason, it will be considered a forfeit. We are serious about your success.
2. Please arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before your scheduled session. We like to be prepared for your arrival.
3. Bring your own mat, water bottle and towel.
4. Sickness Policy. If you are not feeling well, please stay home. We are a small facility. Please consider others that will be around you.
